Old farm renovated into a guesthouse

attic bedroom

Discover this renovated farmhouse in Belgium, a half-hour from Lille.

In its purity, “De Heerlijkheid van Marrem” (The Lordship of Marrem) has been transformed into a luxurious guest house.

All the original features have been retained and some recycled materials were added. This harmonious feel is created by the uses of natural materials such as lime, wood, flax, cotton. The range of colors goes from chalky white to shades of gray / sand.

The guesthouse can accommodate 20 to 23 people. In each room you can find antique furnitures from France and Italy.

Nathalie and Dominique welcome you to feel “at home away from home”!

A gondola car as the world smallest chalet!

cabine oeuf chalet bois

At the occasion of the Alps Homes Show in Meribel, Christophe Lapergue was asked to restyle an old gondola in Les 2 Alpes.

It is in a mountain spirit, recalling the first discoveries with snow, skiing and mountain, he imagined it to be, he wishes, your best memory of skiing.

Here the “egg cabin” makeover
