Here are some pictures of an old farm renovated recently. I found the decoration interesting as it is very colorful. It contrasts the “grey” colors we often find now in modern decoration. And it is still a very relaxing peaceful place.
This old Dutch farmhouse was renovated by Larissa, an interior designer and her husband, Peter, project developer. Originally built in 1860, the farm now is the home of the couple and their 2 kids. While keeping the old character of the space, Larissa and Peter created intimacy and a cosy modern feel to their home.
Concrete floor, wooden beams and plenty of colors and textures : it looks like it a good mix for this interior !
