Because I love cosy bedrooms, I loved to discover this Australian brand “ Abode Living“. I particularly liked their natural colors, neutral light fabrics for a soft and cosy bedroom.
I let you have a look and let me know in a comment what you think about !

abodeliving.com The 1912 Chalet is located in the village of Val-d’Illiez Switzerland, at the bottom of the Dents-du-Midi. It dates from 1912 and was completely renovated in 2012.
This chalet of 150m2 spreads over three floors for up to 11 people. A lovely terrace of 80m2 with Swedish hot tubs offers superb views of the Dents-du-Midi.
It is located 3 km from the ski resort and at the start of the cable car to the Portes du Soleil, considered the largest linked ski area in the world.

https://www.facebook.com/le1912 Created by Gogl Architekten as “a place of peace and contemplation”, this austrian chalet is strongly connected to the natural setting.
The client demanded the architecture to be
light and airy, but also cosy.
Let’s have a look !
The entrance with wide glass windows and a stone wall. I love the mix of natural materials, wooden door, stone, natural fabrics for carpet and bench.
The living area with modern ligns. To me, it looks a bit too “cold”, I would have added green plants, or a touch of colors.
Large sliding windows over viewing the mountain panorama. Love the floating furniture shelf in rustic wood. It adds horizontal ligns, perfect for a peaceful feeling.
The stairs made of a combination of
metal and wood. Simple design, clean ligns.
This living area upstair looks very
cosy and inviting, full of light !
A good way to bring more light inside with a
bathroom full of light with a large window. Boards of wood keep the intimacy but leave the light coming through.
I hope you enjoyed this chalet and that it was inspiring to you !

The Kulle Daybed was designed by Stefanie Schissler as a way to evoke those cozy feelings of safety and relaxation.
Created as school project, Kulle aims to inspire an
emotional connection with its owner through touch and trying it out.
It looks a bit like a
cloud and seems to be sooo cosy !

I recently created new cushions for our little flat with the aim of being vintage and cosy. For that, I combined New Zealand wool and different cotton patterns.
What do you think about those cushions? Let me know your thoughts, I’d be happy to hear about it !
